He is a retired 13-year Partner of MNP LLP (9,000 person $1B+ Accounting, Tax, Consulting Firm), and held progressively responsible positions with several Big-4 Firms for 5 years prior to joining MNP in 2008. Jason brings 35 years of business experience, including 25 years consulting across numerous industry verticals and business functions. Jason has extensive experience with energy, utility, resources, infrastructure and public sector clients, and has also worked with construction, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and not-for-profit clients across the spectrum of financial and operations consulting services.
Jason's client work is centered around business growth, mitigation of risk and increased profitability. Jason has appeared as an Expert Witness in multiple jurisdictions, and has acted on behalf of numerous Utility Applicants, Regulatory Commissions and Intervenors in Canada and the US. He has also worked with numerous Energy-related Departments and Agencies at the Federal, State/Provincial and Municipal levels, developing and assessing economic, social and environmental policy.
